Oppo Find X10 Pro Max: three 200MP cameras for €1,799, and India launch today
The first phone with three 200-megapixel rear cameras is on sale in Europe for €500 more than last year's Find X9 Pro, and European units get a smaller battery.

Oppo launched the Find X10 Pro Max globally on 21 October 2026 at €1,799 (£1,499). It is the first phone with three 200MP rear cameras: main, ultrawide and a 3× periscope zoom. It uses MediaTek's 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro. European models get a 7,150 mAh battery instead of China's 8,000 mAh. India launches it on 22 October.
The Oppo Find X10 Pro Max is now on sale outside China, and it is the first phone with three 200-megapixel rear cameras. Oppo launched it globally on 21 October in Mallorca, Spain, at €1,799 / £1,499 for the only model (12GB RAM, 512GB storage), according to GSMArena and Android Headlines. Sales have started in the UK, Germany and France. India gets its launch today, 22 October, at 4:45 PM IST.
Our 30-second version:
What changed: last year's Find X9 Pro cost about €1,300. The Find X10 Pro Max costs €500 more, and nearly all of that money goes into the camera.

What is new on the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max?
Every rear camera now uses a 200MP sensor. On most flagships only the main camera, and sometimes the zoom, gets one. Oppo's spec page lists:
- Main (24mm): 200MP, a large 1/1.3-inch sensor, f/1.5 lens, Hasselblad colour tuning.
- Ultrawide (13mm, 124°): 200MP, 1/1.56-inch sensor. Ultrawides are usually the weakest camera on a phone, so this matters most for landscapes and group shots.
- Periscope zoom (70mm, 3×): 200MP, 1/1.56-inch sensor, with focus down to 10 cm for close-ups.
Oppo also sells a clip-on Hasselblad teleconverter, a lens that fits a special case and extends the periscope's reach for concerts and wildlife. In the UK it is worth £500 on its own, and early buyers can pick it as a free gift.

How does "6× lossless zoom" work?
The periscope's optics give 3× zoom. Oppo calls 6× (140mm) "lossless" because it crops the middle of the 200MP sensor rather than enlarging a smaller image. A quarter of 200 million pixels is still about 50 million, more than a normal 12MP photo. The trade-off: a cropped image uses only part of the sensor, so it gathers less light, and the difference shows in dim rooms. Past 6×, the phone is upscaling, and the teleconverter is Oppo's answer for longer shots.

What else is inside?
- Chip: MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro, built on a 2nm process. MediaTek and Oppo claim 61% better multi-core power efficiency and a 27% faster GPU than the last generation, per GSMArena.
- Battery: 8,000 mAh (typical) in China, but 7,150 mAh in Europe. Oppo's own page lists the smaller European cell. Charging is 80W wired and 50W wireless.
- Screen: 6.78-inch LTPO OLED, 2772 × 1272, up to 144Hz in games, 1.15mm bezels.
- Build: IP66, IP68 and IP69 water and dust ratings; about 8.4mm thick and 233–235 g.
- Video: 8K at 30fps in 10-bit Log and 4K 120fps Dolby Vision, aimed at people who edit their footage.
- Software: ColorOS 17 on Android 17.

How much does the Oppo Find X10 Pro Max cost?
| Market | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Europe | €1,799 | 12GB + 512GB only |
| UK | £1,499 | £100 off until 28 October, plus a free gift |
| India | launch 22 Oct, 4:45 PM IST | price not announced yet |
| US | not sold | Oppo does not sell phones in the US |
In the UK, buyers who order before 28 October get £100 off and a choice of the Hasselblad teleconverter (£500), Oppo Watch X3 or Oppo Pad 5, GSMArena reports. The cheaper Find X10 starts at about €1,300 / £1,100. It keeps two 200MP cameras (main and telephoto) and drops the ultrawide to 50MP.
For India, retail-box leaks reported by 91mobiles show MRPs far above the expected selling price. Treat every India number as unconfirmed until Oppo announces it; we will update this story after the launch.
Is it worth it?
Early reviews agree on the camera and argue about the price. TechRadar calls the cameras some of the best it has tested but the price extremely high. Trusted Reviews is cooler, citing preinstalled bloatware and the cost. Engadget's hands-on found "few surprises" beyond the sensors.
Why it matters: phone makers have mostly used their top camera hardware on the main lens. Oppo is betting that buyers want the same quality at every focal length, and that they will pay foldable-phone money for it. Apple's iPhone Duo foldable costs $1,999, so €1,799 is no longer unusual at the top end. It is still a lot for a phone that does not fold.
What's next
- India price: due at today's 4:45 PM IST event. GSMArena expects India to get the larger 8,000 mAh battery, but Oppo has not confirmed this.
- Rivals: Samsung's Galaxy S27 Ultra and Apple's next Pro phones are the obvious comparisons. Neither has three 200MP cameras.
- Caveat: the "lossless" 6× claim and the efficiency figures are Oppo's and MediaTek's own numbers. Independent low-light tests will show how well the cropped zoom holds up at night.
